Varifox supports background screening workflows, applicant, vendor, and customer onboarding, status notifications, identity or verification-related workflows, integrations, and related services.

Some services may be provided with or depend on third-party screening, data, communications, payment, or technology providers.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information and for using the service only for lawful, authorized purposes.

You are responsible for obtaining all required consent, authorization, certification, and disclosure before submitting applicant, employee, vendor, consumer, driver, or other personal information to Varifox or its providers.

Where relevant, you are responsible for complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, state laws, and other applicable laws and industry rules.

You may not misuse the service, scrape content, attack or disrupt systems, reverse engineer the platform, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.

By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Varifox related to onboarding, account updates, verification, service notifications, appointment reminders, support, and transactional updates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Fees may apply to screening orders, platform access, subscriptions, usage, or related services. Payment and billing information may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Additional terms presented at checkout, in an order form, or in a separate agreement may apply to paid services.

Varifox is a technology and services platform and does not provide legal advice. Screening decisions, permissible purpose, notices, adverse action procedures, and legal compliance remain the responsibility of the customer or end user.

The website, platform, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Varifox does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business, legal, or compliance requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varifox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the website, platform, or services.

Varifox may suspend or terminate access to the website, platform, or services if we believe use violates these terms, applicable law, security requirements, or another agreement with Varifox.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised last updated date, and continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
